Join us and help bring our portfolio to every corner!* **PROSPECTOR \- CAMBACEO:** Their purpose is to identify, prospect, capture, and retain customers on home delivery routes; explain the service, our portfolio, the benefits of being served by our home routes, and train customers on the various platforms we offer. **Responsibilities:** * Visit neighborhoods with potential for acquiring home customers * Explain and enroll home route customers in the service model and benefits of being served by home routes, as well as our portfolio * Generate sales of water jugs and other products to new customers, jointly with their assigned sales representative * Deliver the Welcome Kit upon the customer's first purchase (if applicable) * Offer active promotions at the time * Collect data for customer onboarding into our system * Ensure customer onboarding into our systems * Follow up and nurture new home customers * Ensure purchase and repeat purchase by new customers **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Experience in cambaceo (door-to-door sales) * Customer service experience *At Coca\-Cola FEMSA, diversity, equity, and inclusion are the foundation of innovation, business integration, and sustainable growth.
