Job Mission: Optimize production systems and improve the efficiency of existing manufacturing processes, prioritizing safety, quality, and cost through the implementation of lean manufacturing tools, engineering solutions, mechanical aids, and automation, while continuously collaborating with production, quality, and maintenance departments. General Job Responsibilities: * Weekly present progress of actions and status for processes under responsibility during EQES - ERR meetings. * Modify work orders and production routes in the ERP system when discrepancies are identified. * Follow up on fixture fabrication. * Monitor and support needs identified during Gemba walks. * Participate in improvement projects and perform assigned tasks. * Provide operational staff with support and clarification during product manufacturing. * Update information on FMDS and 4M boards relevant to the Manufacturing area. Requirements: Intermediate English proficiency Fields of study: Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
