Job Summary: We are seeking a procurement professional with experience in the food industry to identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring efficient supply and strategic alignment. Collaborate closely with various departments This opportunity is for you! * Education: Food Engineering, Tourism Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in the food industry. * Knowledge of industrial cafeterias, convenience programs, and food supply chains. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables and basic formulas). * ERP JDE or similar procurement system experience preferred. * Existing supplier network (preferred). What will you do in this role? * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure efficient procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product and pricing improvements. * Ensure optimal delivery times, credit terms, and service quality. * Collaborate closely with various departments (operations, finance, product development) to align strategies. * Prepare comparative charts to facilitate decision-making. * Participate in the development and implementation of new recipes and products. * Determine competitive selling prices aligned with business objectives.
