Job Summary: This role focuses on hotel security and prevention, managing problematic situations and ensuring compliance with policies to protect guests and employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the safety of guests and employees 2. Handle problematic situations efficiently 3. Stay up-to-date on first aid and fire-fighting Ø Conduct continuous inspections of the hotel to ensure its security, as well as that of its guests and employees. Ø Handle individuals causing problems efficiently, without disrupting hotel operations. Ø Ensure hotel staff comply with prevention policies. Ø Maintain positive relationships with other departments and hotel employees. Ø Familiarize oneself with the hotel and its activities, reporting any suspicious behavior to the supervisor. Ø Emphasize prevention policies including: a) Exit Pass Policy. b) Telephone Courtesy Policy. c) Employee Entry and Exit Policy. d) Other relevant prevention policies. Ø Identify and report all types of accident hazards and take appropriate corrective measures. Ø Use proper procedures for radio operation. Ø Take necessary measures to conserve energy and fuel. Ø Assist the hotel during disasters and/or any type of emergency. Ø Report public order disturbances to the immediate supervisor. Ø Stay up-to-date on first aid and fire-fighting, applying this knowledge when necessary. Ø Carry out instructions issued by the Prevention Director or Supervisor.
