Then this opportunity is for you! At GIA Asesores, we are looking for 1 dynamic, proactive Recruiter(s) with outstanding persuasive ability to join our team. We specialize in recruiting, training, and developing insurance agents with a professional and human-centered approach. **Responsibilities** Post job openings on employment platforms and social media. 50% **Field recruitment activities:** events, fairs, expos, and social venues. 50% Prospect, screen, and pre-select candidates (you will not conduct interviews—only screening and pre-selection). Maintain activity tracking, schedule management, and weekly reporting. Follow up with prospects to ensure their onboarding. **Requirements** Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or public relations. Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. **Mobility for field work.** Personal vehicle (preferred). Teamwork orientation. Basic Office software proficiency. **Education:** Bachelor's degree. **Schedule** Monday to Friday, **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** Occasional availability to prospect on **weekends (subject to schedule).** Work modality: Office / Field. **We Offer** Base salary: **$12,000 monthly** **Recruitment commissions: $2,000 per person** Company-provided mobile phone Statutory benefits The opportunity to join a solid, human-centered, and growing organization.
