Position Summary: Design, lead, and execute a comprehensive fundraising and institutional positioning strategy, ensuring goal attainment and strengthening the organization's image. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate institutional events and represent the organization Position Objective Design, lead, and execute Centinelas del Agua A.C.'s comprehensive fundraising and institutional positioning strategy, ensuring achievement of fundraising targets and reinforcing the organization’s corporate image among donors, companies, strategic partners, and the general public. **Core Responsibilities Fundraising Strategy and Execution** * Design and implement the **annual and monthly strategic fundraising plan** (cash and in-kind). * Continuously propose and innovate new fundraising strategies and mechanisms. **Donor Management and Relationship Building** * Maintain an up-to-date database of national and international donors (individual and institutional). * Proactively and strategically communicate with current and potential donors. * Prepare and maintain donor files in compliance with applicable tax legislation for NGOs. **Grant Applications and Institutional Funding** * Identify, analyze, and monitor national and international project calls, funds, and financing opportunities. **Institutional Events and Representation** * Coordinate and follow up on fundraising events, press conferences, and institutional representation activities. * Serve as liaison with companies, donors, partners, and strategic stakeholders, consistently safeguarding the organization’s reputation and image. **Reporting and Results Analysis** * Prepare monthly and annual fundraising performance reports. * Present executive reports with impact metrics, outreach data, and goal achievement status. * Coordinate preparation of the annual institutional report jointly with the Communications team.
