




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support quotation processing, sales control, and operational follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quotation management and key sales control 2. Inventory tracking and Director's schedule management 3. Coordination and assurance of merchandise deliveries Requirements: * Completed high school education * \+1 year of administrative experience * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Sense of urgency and follow-up ability Responsibilities: * Prepare sales quotations based on information provided by the Director * Maintain records and control of quotations, sales, and payments for a top client * Request product inventory from the Operations department * Ensure merchandise ready for customer delivery is accurate when required * Follow up on weekly and monthly meeting minutes * Track merchandise with customers and merchandise already returned to the warehouse * Manage the Director's schedule and public relations We Offer: * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:30–18:30; Friday, 09:30–18:00 * Monthly net salary of $12,000 * Statutory benefits Work Location: Av.
