




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support quotation processing, sales control, operational follow-up, and the Director’s schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative management experience 2. Key support in quotations and sales tracking 3. Responsible for the Director’s schedule and public relations Requirements: * Completed high school education * \+1 year of administrative experience * Intermediate Excel skills * Basic\-intermediate Microsoft Office skills * Sense of urgency and follow-up capability Responsibilities: * Prepare sales quotations based on information provided by the Director * Maintain records and control of quotations, sales, and payments from a top client * Request product inventory from the Operations Department * Ensure, when required, that merchandise ready for customer delivery is accurate * Follow up on weekly and monthly meeting minutes * Track merchandise with customers and merchandise already returned to the warehouse * Manage the Director’s schedule and public relations We Offer: * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:30 to 18:30; Friday, 09:30 to 18:00 * Monthly net salary of $12,000 * Statutory benefits Work Location: Av.
