Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with solid experience in accounting, finance, and administration to lead the financial operations of projects. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a professional with solid experience in accounting, finance, taxation, and administration—preferably within the real estate, construction, or investment fund sectors—with the ability to lead the financial and administrative operations of projects and corporate enterprises. **Profile Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree holder). * Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, tax, financial, and administrative areas. * Demonstrable experience in real estate development, construction, trusts, or investment fund projects. * Knowledge of corporate structures and business trusts for administration and security. * Proficiency in Mexican GAAP, US GAAP, and/or IFRS. * Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and financial projections. * Solid knowledge of tax strategies, monthly and annual tax filings, and financial and tax audits. * Experience in treasury, cash flow control, cash flow management, and payment administration. * Proficiency in financial and accounting ERP systems (Yardi, MRI, Enkontrol, SAP, or similar). * Experience coordinating audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. * Advanced Excel and financial tools proficiency. * Intermediate English desirable. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate accounting, treasury, tax, and administration departments. * Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and executive reports. * Implement accounting, financial, and administrative controls. * Manage tax strategies and ensure compliance with tax obligations. * Administer cash flows, payments, trusts, and relationships with financial institutions. * Monitor financial performance of real estate and corporate projects. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Supervise contracts, expenses, and administrative operations of projects. * Collaborate with operational, construction, executive, and sales teams to ensure financial control of projects. **Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making * Strong analytical ability * Planning and organization * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Negotiation and follow-up * Results orientation * Management of multidisciplinary teams **Desirable Experience** * Residential, vertical, commercial, or industrial real estate projects. * Management of investment funds or real estate developers. * Participation in comprehensive audits and due diligence. * Financial administration of multiple entities or projects simultaneously.
