We specialize in express shipping, parcel delivery, and last-mile solutions. We are looking for committed and responsible **Long-haul Tractor-trailer Operators** to join our team. Main Responsibilities: * Operate tractor-trailers on local and/or long-distance routes while meeting delivery deadlines. * Inspect mechanical and safety conditions before each trip. * Ensure proper cargo loading, stowage, and unloading. * Safeguard documentation (bills of lading, invoices, waybills, manifests). * Comply with traffic and road safety regulations. * Report incidents and maintenance requirements. * Guarantee safe and high-quality service. We Offer: * **Monthly gross base salary: $16,000 MXN** * **Monthly bonuses \+ mileage-based compensation scheme** * **Estimated total monthly income: $40,000 to $50,000 MXN** * Weekly payments and bonuses paid at month-end * Job stability and career growth Work Schedule: * Aligned with assigned routes * 4 days off per month (fixed or accumulable) Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a tractor-trailer operator * Valid federal driver’s license Type B or E * Valid medical certificate * Minimum education level: elementary or junior high school * Familiarity with federal highways * Willingness and ability to travel * All documentation in order Work Location: El Peral Logistics Park, Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico Workplace: On-site employment
