Vista Hermosa, Monterrey, Nuevo León Salary: $26,000 gross monthly **Job Description:** An industrial-sector company is seeking an Internal Auditor responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the annual internal audit program across all organizational departments. The position aims to strengthen internal controls, ensure proper implementation of policies and resources, and guarantee the reliability of accounting, financial, and operational information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute, analyze, and report results of the internal audit program for accounting, financial, and administrative processes. * Review accounting records, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and budgetary control by cost center. * Verify proper implementation of internal policies and financial procedures. * Review production costs, inventories, and consumption impacting costs. * Timely identify and report deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement in internal controls. * Prepare audit reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations. * Follow up on action plans and closure of observations. * Support special reviews requested by Management. * Maintain strict confidentiality of all information. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Auditing, or a related field. * Experience: 4–6 years in internal auditing, general accounting, or internal control within construction or industrial companies. **Required Knowledge:** * Applicable accounting and tax regulations. * Internal control and risk management. * Production costs and inventory management. * Reconciliations and financial analysis. * Best practices in internal control. * Advanced Excel. * ERP systems such as CONTPAQ, Neodata, SAP, or similar. **Competencies:** * Professional ethics. * Critical thinking. * Numerical analysis. * Objectivity. * Confidentiality. * Clear communication. * Integrity and honesty. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs * Saturday, 8:00–13:00 hrs * + Gross monthly salary: $26,000\. + Weekly payment. + Statutory benefits. + Individual major medical expense insurance with optional family coverage. + Life insurance. + Punctuality bonus. + Attendance bonus. + Grocery vouchers.
