Our core pillar is based on the "People First" philosophy, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join Our Team!* **Experience required:** * Operation of sit-down forklifts (electric and gas-powered) for a minimum of 6 to 12 months in a plant, warehouse, or distribution center. **Technical knowledge:** * Valid forklift certification or license (preferred). * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety. * Plant safety and hygiene standards, as well as internal road safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload products, raw materials, and packaging, adhering to safety procedures. * Place and secure loads on shelves, pallets, and transport units, ensuring product stability and protection. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas, equipment, and loading/unloading zones. * Comply with and promote plant safety regulations, signage, and lockout/tagout procedures where applicable. * Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize product flow and loading/unloading times. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset and quality focus in product handling. * Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and supervision. * Proactivity in identifying and reporting risks or improvement opportunities. **Education:** Completed high school; candidates with completed junior high school and prior forklift operation experience may also be considered. **Our value proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Opportunities for growth and development within the company.* *Join Our Team!* Location Logistics Distribution Locations Zacatecas Plant Employment Type Temporary Contact: Isabel De la Rosa Martinez, Talent Executive – Human Resources
