




Job Summary: Fleet Coordinator responsible for controlling, analyzing, and following up on vehicle reports to ensure timely resolution of maintenance, accident-related, and administrative matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle report handling and follow-up. 2. Monitoring platform management and coordination with suppliers. 3. Conflict resolution and logistics administration. **Objective of the Position “Fleet Coordinator (Administration and Follow-up)”:** To control, analyze, and follow up on vehicle user reports to ensure appropriate resolution of matters related to: Maintenance, accidents, traffic violations, insurance, administrative procedures, and others. **Key Duties:** · Prompt handling of active reports. · Creation of new reports. · Responding to emails, phone calls, and messages. · Vehicle monitoring via platform (GPS). · Daily follow-up on reports with suppliers and users. · Scheduling service appointments, vehicle releases, and other activities with suppliers and users. **Requirements:** · Age: Over 25 years old. · Education: Certified high school diploma.
