Participate in strategic meetings and collaborate toward organizational goals **Position Objective:** Lead and coordinate engineering activities related to the company's projects, ensuring their proper execution, compliance with standards, and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise engineering projects across various specialties * Lead technical teams to ensure achievement of objectives and deadlines * Monitor project progress, establishing metrics and improvement actions * Ensure compliance with technical requirements in procurement and deliverables * Define and manage required human, material, and infrastructure resources * Ensure customer satisfaction during project execution * Promote continuous improvement and evaluate departmental performance * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations * Participate in strategic meetings with management and clients * Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals **Requirements:** * Licensed Civil Engineer * Preferred: Master's degree * Minimum 10 years of experience leading engineering projects and teams * Knowledge of project management * Experience coordinating at least three of the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Hydraulic, Roadway, Building Construction, Highway, Airport, or Railway **Skills:** * Leadership * Strategic vision * Problem solving * Decision making * Commitment **Competencies:** * Project administration * Resource administration * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results orientation * Customer orientation * Quality assurance Salary: $40,000.00 \- $50,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
