Monthly quality and punctuality bonuses. **Job Posting Summary** **Posting Date:** May 5, 2026 **Salary:** 15,000.00 (MXN) per month Job Description: **Objective of the Position “Fleet Coordinator (Administration and Tracking)”:** Control, analyze, and track user-submitted vehicle reports to ensure timely resolution of issues related to: maintenance, incidents, traffic violations, insurance, administrative procedures, among others. **Key Responsibilities:** · Timely handling of active reports. · Creation of new reports. · Responding to emails, phone calls, and messages. · Vehicle monitoring via platform (GPS). · Daily follow-up on reports with suppliers and users. · Scheduling service appointments, vehicle releases, and other tasks with suppliers and users. **Requirements:** · Age: Over 25 years old. · Education: Certified high school diploma. (Bachelor’s degree in progress preferred) · Computer skills (Intermediate) **Compensation:** · Net monthly base salary: $15,000.00 MXN · Statutory benefits. · Monthly quality and punctuality bonuses. **Experience:** · Customer service (Advanced, over one year) · Conflict resolution with customers (Advanced) · Logistics administration (Advanced) · Road safety (Intermediate) · Insurance policy management (Intermediate) **Candidate Profile:** · Highly responsible. · Highly respectful. · Strong emotional regulation skills. · Excellent communication skills. · Empathetic. · Multifunctional. · Frustration-tolerant.
