Coordination with various departments for operations and technical support. **Job Objective** Ensure proper receipt, configuration, diagnosis, and operation of electronic security equipment (GPS, CCTV, and intrusion detection), deliver nationwide remote technical support, and guarantee system operational continuity and customer satisfaction. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Receiving, validating, and delivering new equipment. * Programming and configuration of devices (GPS, CCTV, intrusion detection systems). * Receiving, inspecting, and performing technical evaluation of used equipment. * Verifying correct operation of installed systems. * Diagnosing faults and managing warranty claims with suppliers. * Providing technical support and assistance to customers, branches, and technicians nationwide. * Preparing technical reports (diagnosis, configuration, and evidence). * Coordinating with operations, installation, and support departments. **Technical Knowledge** * Configuration of DVR/NVR and IP cameras. * Intrusion detection systems (control panels, sensors, alarms). * GPS devices and telematics. * Networking (IP, ports, addressing, basic VPN). * Hardware and software fault diagnosis. * Use of monitoring platforms (e.g., C5 or similar). * Proficiency with remote support tools.
