Description

Experience: At least one year in the meat industry, either in packing plants, supermarkets, or cold storage warehouses. Job Objective: * Validate initial and final weights for each process during raw material transformation. * Complete daily production reports (product inputs, product outputs, and product transformations). Education: Completed high school. Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel and roller skates is mandatory. Forklift (HP) operation is desirable. IMPORTANT Must live near the Sendero Apodaca area and/or have no transportation issues. Work schedule: Monday\-Saturday; Sunday off. Pay schedule: Biweekly.
