Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Picker responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining order, cleanliness, and product preservation. Key Highlights: 1. Adherence to standards and procedures for an organized work environment **Warehouse Picker – $11,470 to $12,160 monthly** **Location:** Near Plaza del Sol, Zapopan, Jalisco **Schedule:** Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 h / Saturdays 9:00–14:00 h **Job Description** We are seeking a **Warehouse Picker** with experience in handling goods, inventory management, and order picking. The position is responsible for ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and without errors, while maintaining order, cleanliness, and product preservation. **Salary and Benefits** * **Starting salary:** $11,470 monthly * **Salary upon permanent placement:** $12,160 monthly * **21-day Christmas bonus** * **Vacation entitlement starting from the 6th month** * **Monthly bonus + annual bonus** * **Profit-sharing** * **Biweekly grocery vouchers** * Statutory benefits from day one **Responsibilities** * Verify customer requirements before picking * Pick orders according to established procedures * Mark material, quantity, and batch numbers on the pick list * Correct identification of packaging * Record picking times in the logbook * Monitor scale in assigned area * Route products and documentation to respective departments * Report incidents when applicable * Maintain inventory reconciliation * Properly receive goods from other processes * Record and comply with the housekeeping and cleaning schedule * Monitor and record temperature and humidity in the area **Requirements** * Willingness to work and **punctuality** * High school diploma or technical degree (preferred but not mandatory) * Experience in warehousing and goods handling * Experience in order picking (preferred) * Basic knowledge of inventory management * Handling of basic documentation * Basic knowledge of Office software * Non-colorblind **Competencies** * Attention to detail * Organization * Logical and numerical reasoning * Adherence to standards and procedures * Initiative and responsibility **Application** Apply through this channel and our recruitment team will contact you.
