A leading construction company seeks to incorporate a **SURVEYOR** with experience in civil works for **DEPARTMENT STORES** into its team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting topographic surveys, establishing reference points, and collaborating closely with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy in project execution. The candidate must perform and understand layout, staking, level verification for department store construction, site supervision, preparation of generator numbers, estimates, continuous updating and tracking of the construction schedule, scheduling of subcontractor and piecework tasks, and site reports. Responsibilities * Conduct topographic and geodetic surveys in the field. * Interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Establish and verify control points and leveling. * Operate equipment such as total stations, differential GPS, and automatic levels. * Prepare technical reports and topographic drawings. * Coordinate with the construction team for real-time adjustments. Requirements * Degree in Topographic Engineering, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in department store construction projects. * Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, TopoSurv or similar, Neodata. * Knowledge of construction and safety regulations. * Willingness to work on-site and travel if required. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
