Maintain assigned product families up-to-date for development and manufacturing per design specifications, in close collaboration with Sales, Production, Plant Engineering, Quality, Laboratory, Sourcing, and Administrative functions. Lead projects (NPI) and/or (VAVE) (non-exhaustive). **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **Job Responsibilities** 1\. Create, modify, and troubleshoot national label databases for all products to ensure timely product delivery. 2\. Develop and implement digital processes via i4\.0 solution automation to enhance efficiency of manual tasks. 3\. Correct weights and volumes in SAP for various product families to support required logistics data. 4\. Achieve assigned annual VAVE savings targets by analyzing product improvements to identify cost-reduction opportunities. (VAVE, OnePart Cost Productivity) 5\. Manage engineering request submissions (ESRs) to meet the established annual target (ESR reduction for Cost Productivity). 6\. Provide support to the nameplate and labeling team to eliminate delivery delays caused by material shortages. 7\. Promote safety culture to achieve the established annual zero-incidents target. 8\. Create and maintain BOMs (Bills of Materials) for standard or released products in SAP, and configure new material numbers as required, working collaboratively with involved functional areas, verifying details at each step and validating all necessary inputs. 9\. Develop and update drawings and specifications jointly with designers or drafters using Solidworks (SAP\-PLM) or AutoCAD. 10\. Prepare, review, and maintain documents related to standard work associated with Engineering—including procedures—and comply with Engineering department procedures. 11\. Prevent any product change without technical validation; if applicable, always document changes via Engineering Change Notices (ECN\-SAP). 12\. Collaborate jointly with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, and Planning to develop and evaluate first samples and pilot batches for any new integration, change, and/or requirement—ensuring all stakeholders implement all controls and requirements to secure production. 13\. Generate zero non-conformities during quality audits for assigned products, incorporating, where applicable, safety and Environmental Control compliance throughout the product lifecycle to minimize or eliminate environmental impacts, aspects, and corresponding operational controls, while promoting zero-incident culture. 14\. Execute any special management assignments, including indicator administration and reporting, training of management personnel, providing plant support when required or assigned, and/or coordinating resolution of any issues affecting our products via the Engineering Request database. 15\. Resolve problems or product-related issues directly impacting end customers (PLM, Sales, Customer Service support). 16\.
