Position Summary: Supervises the operation and maintenance of a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), leading electromechanical activities and ensuring safety and quality in a continuous improvement environment. We are seeking a candidate to fill the **Site Manager** position in **Monterrey**. **Your impact in this role** * Supervise the **operation and maintenance** of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). * Lead **electromechanical maintenance** activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor **safety, quality, and regulatory compliance**. * Coordinate activities with operators, technicians, and support departments. * Address **operational deviations**, equipment failures, and site requirements. * Ensure achievement of **operational and safety performance indicators**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Chemical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, or related field**. * **1 year of experience** leading industrial electromechanical maintenance. * Knowledge of **industrial equipment** (pumps, valves, motors, blowers). * Basic knowledge of **electricity, instrumentation, and control systems**. * Understanding of **WWTP processes** (pre-treatment, biological treatment, clarification, disinfection). * Availability for **extended hours, weekends, or night shifts**, as required. **What We Offer** * Competitive Ecolab benefits from day one. * Key role in the **operation of a strategic client**. * Environment with strong focus on **safety, compliance, and continuous improvement**. * Opportunities for development within a global company. **About Ecolab** ---------------- At Ecolab, we prioritize talent by building diverse and highly skilled teams operating across nearly three million customer sites in more than 170 countries.
