Apodaca, N.L. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Employment Type:** Full-time (overtime possible as needed) **Job Responsibilities** Responsible for ensuring timely material procurement through accurate purchasing planning and coordination with domestic and international suppliers, guaranteeing operational continuity and adherence to production schedules. Additionally, responsible for demand planning and alignment with sales, production, and logistics departments, as well as inventory optimization and continuous improvement of customer service levels, contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. **Experience (MANDATORY):** Minimum 7 years of verifiable experience in: * Domestic and international procurement (MANDATORY) * Supply planning * Demand planning * S&OP * Inventory management * Supplier development and evaluation Preferred experience in manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods industries. **Language (MANDATORY):** English 100% (fluent, spoken and written) Capable of: * Direct communication with international suppliers * Negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and delivery timelines * Drafting formal emails and executive reports * Actively participating in meetings and calls in English * Tracking international purchase orders **Other Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license (desirable/mandatory depending on requirements) **Technical Knowledge (CRITICAL)** **Advanced Excel (MANDATORY):** * Pivot tables * Advanced formulas * Data analysis * Handling large volumes of information * Procurement and supply planning * Forecasting (demand forecasting) * Inventory management and control * ERP / MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsip, etc.) * BI tools (Power BI, Tableau – desirable) * Purchasing and supply chain KPIs * Warehouse processes * International trade (highly desirable) **Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Planning and organization * Results orientation * Negotiation * Teamwork * Effective communication * Problem solving * Decision making * Customer orientation * Stress management **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute domestic and international procurement * Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery timelines with suppliers * Generate and track purchase orders * Ensure supply meets production requirements * Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse to meet delivery commitments * Analyze inventory levels and define reorder points * Evaluate supplier performance (quality, cost, service) * Track shipments and resolve logistics issues * Participate in the S&OP process to align demand and supply * Prepare executive reports in Excel and English * Identify supply chain risks * Implement process improvements in procurement and supply **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD %) * Procurement cost savings (%) * Supply service level (%) * Inventory turnover and days of inventory * Supply accuracy vs. demand * Supplier lead time compliance * Procurement costs vs. budget **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: $18,000 – $26,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * Parking * Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM) starting from the third month **For more information:** Lic.
