Procurement Manager

Description

Ensure timely procurement of materials, spare parts, supplies, and services required for company operations, securing optimal conditions in terms of cost, quality, delivery time, and service. Key Responsibilities \* Conduct supplier quotations and comparative analyses. \* Manage procurement of spare parts, materials, tools, equipment, and industrial supplies. \* Track purchase orders through to final delivery. \* Negotiate pricing, delivery times, and commercial terms with suppliers. \* Maintain an updated supplier catalog and database. \* Identify and develop new strategic suppliers. \* Verify inventory levels and procurement needs with warehouse and operational departments. \* Coordinate urgent deliveries for on-site services and key customers. \* Review technical specifications for requested materials and spare parts. \* Manage warranties, returns, and claims with suppliers. \* Track invoicing and procurement documentation. \* Monitor procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. \* Support procurement control and tracking via ERP or administrative systems (SAE, DABI, ERP, etc.). \* Prepare procurement reports, delivery time analyses, and supplier performance evaluations. \* Ensure purchase requests include accurate technical descriptions, quantities, brand, model, and priority. \* Coordinate procurement for preventive, corrective, and rental operation services. \* Track imports or special materials when applicable. \* Maintain continuous communication with warehouse, service, operations, and administration teams. Desired Qualifications \* Experience in industrial, spare parts, or maintenance procurement. \* Knowledge of forklift, automotive, or industrial spare parts (preferred). \* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. \* Strong negotiation skills. \* Sense of urgency and organizational ability. \* Attention to detail. \* Administrative and operational follow-up capability.
