




Position Summary: We are seeking a Law Intern with experience in civil and commercial litigation to draft complaints, review case files, and manage judicial procedures. Key Points: 1. Knowledge of the operation and procedures of commercial litigation ***LAW INTERN*** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Law (in the process of graduation) **Experience:** Minimum 6 months at law firms, specializing in civil and commercial litigation **Responsibilities:** Drafting complaints Drafting procedural motions Reviewing case files Reviewing judicial bulletins/court orders Managing official correspondence, scheduling court appointments, and handling any court-related procedures Filing letters rogatory, complaints, and other legal documents Assembling complaints Filing and archiving **Knowledge Requirements:** 1\. Operation of commercial litigation. 2\. Legal procedures in commercial matters. 3\. Having engaged in litigation within the last 6 months. 4\. Familiarity with courts in the State of Mexico and Mexico City. 5\. Experience tracking lawsuits: drafting complaints, motions, responses, and other documents required in judicial proceedings. 6\.
