Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure **Job Description** **Overview:** The packer is an operator who masters boxing, decartoning, and piggyback processes. This role is responsible for receiving, separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packing, and other activities involving various components of surgical trays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit * Comply with applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Keep designated locations organized and clean * Participate in activities and programs required by the company * Contribute to personal and company safety * Adhere to good manufacturing practices **Required Knowledge:** * 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred) or similar * Prior experience in the boxing area * Prior experience in the decartoning area * Familiarity with the Piggyback process **Skills:** * Ability to follow operational instructions assigned by supervisor * Dynamic * Disciplined * Ability to work under pressure **Education:** High school diploma.
