Must be dynamic and disciplined. **Job Description** **Overview:** The packer is the operator who masters boxing, decartoning, and piggyback processes. They are responsible for receiving, separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packaging, and other activities involving various components of surgical trays as required. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving the necessary components to assemble the requested kit * Follow applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Leave storage locations organized and clean * Participate in company-required activities and programs * Contribute to personal and company safety * Comply with good manufacturing practices **Required Knowledge:** * 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred) or similar * Prior experience in boxing * Prior experience in decartoning * Familiarity with the piggyback process **Skills:** * Ability to follow operational instructions assigned by supervisor * Dynamic * Disciplined * Ability to work under pressure **Education:** High school diploma.
