Job Summary: We are seeking Crew Supervisors, Fiber Optic Splicers, and Fiber Optic Installers to perform cable laying, splicing, maintenance, and installation tasks. Key Highlights: 1. SIOT "INTEGRAL AND OPERATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS SOLUTIONS" We are looking for **Crew Supervisors**, **Fiber Optic Splicers**, and **Fiber Optic Installers** **Requirements** Must be of legal age Availability of time and flexible schedule 1 year of experience interpreting blueprints, operating OTDR equipment, fault location, etc. Class A driver's license **Responsibilities** *Splicer:* Perform fiber optic cable laying and immersion tasks Repair closures and terminals Splice all connection points Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on fiber optic networks Validate results using OTDR equipment *Installer:* Handle tools and materials for fiber optic installation Experience in fiber optic installation and mounting Ability to create racket-type lashings; knowledge and proficiency in fiber optic shearing Experience working at heights **We Offer** * Statutory benefits from day one * Direct employment with the company * Life insurance * Monthly food vouchers * Attendance and punctuality vouchers **Salary** Crew Supervisor: $3,500 gross per week, \+ overtime, \+ bonuses, \+ commissions Splicer: $3,150 gross per week, \+ overtime, \+ bonuses, \+ commissions Installer: $2,800 gross per week, \+ overtime, \+ bonuses, \+ commissions **Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; overtime begins counting after regular hours.
