Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Position Objective:** Provide timely remote assistance and advisory services to insured individuals involved in collision-related incidents, with the aim of verifying the coverage contracted under the insured’s policy and determining liability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain service indicators and average cost by performing remote adjustments using institutional systems. * Verify information and documents submitted by the insured to determine the validity of the customer’s claim. * Process damage payments for the customer based on the valuation conducted by the valuation department. * Record in Claim Center the information provided by the customer to document the service rendered and the determination of the claim. Identify and refer cases potentially involving fraud to initiate investigation and determination processes. * **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration or related fields. * Experience and Knowledge: Not required. * Tools: Intermediate proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office suite. * Location: AXAPOLIS. * Rotating shifts (hybrid).
