Participation in continuous improvement of the in-store experience. **CAPRICCIO is seeking a Multifunctional Store Assistant in Lomas De Vista Hermosa \- Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Ciudad de México** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A prestigious gourmet chocolate shop is seeking talent for the position of: **Multifunctional Store Assistant** *Position Objective: To deliver warm and professional customer service, as well as support store operational tasks, ensuring a memorable shopping experience and a clean, organized, and functional space.* Responsibilities: * Providing personalized counter service and product guidance to customers. * Cashier duties and cash handling. * Assisting with product packaging and presentation. * Merchandise arrangement and restocking. * General cleaning of the work area and display units. * Inventory support and stock control. * Participation in continuous improvement of the in-store experience. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * 6 months of customer service experience in food/gourmet or self-service retail stores. * Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills. * Professional appearance and personal hygiene.
