**Job Description:** At dentsu, we are seeking a \*Media Executive\*, responsible for on/off media buying, tracking implementations with internal specialty teams and external media partners, ensuring system uploads, reconciliations, campaign closures, and delivery of billing packages to major platforms. Deliver KPI reports and media investment summaries. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure on/off media buying across various planned campaigns—from reviewing media schedules and delivering creative assets, to tracking implementation, uploading into systems, and monitoring ODCs. * Monitor campaign performance against planned KPIs across different platforms in collaboration with specialists; analyze activity and generate actionable insights. * Track ODC submission and invoicing by media vendors. Upload reconciliations into the system (Advertmind) and ensure system data aligns with media reconciliations. * Generate and send ODCs to suppliers, and deliver billing packages—including proof-of-performance materials, ODCs, and invoices—to enable timely billing for major media channels: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, programmatic, and pay-TV. * Accelerate closure timelines for Finance to ensure all activities are billed and collected from clients accurately and on schedule. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising & Media, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience—ideally 1 year—in media agencies. * Knowledge of both off-line and on-line media. * Familiarity with HR Ratings and Advermind. * Understanding of administrative processes within a media center. * Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency. \#LI\-LZ1 \#LI\-AMERICAS **Location:** CDMX – 1458 Avenida Insurgentes Sur**Brand:** Carat**Time Type:** Full time**Contract Type:** Permanent
