As an **Associate Manager – Learning Partner**, you will serve as the strategic partner to business units, ensuring that training initiatives align with organizational priorities and deliver tangible impact. This role combines strategic vision, instructional design, and end-to-end project management to drive talent transformation and growth. About you **Your mission:** * **Diagnosis and planning:** Identify real training needs, map critical competencies, and design upskilling plans that strengthen the business. * **Learning design and management:** Create effective learning experiences—from instructional design through implementation and program evaluation. * **Measurement and impact:** Manage key metrics (e.g., coverage, hours, effectiveness) to ensure continuous improvement and measurable outcomes. * **Onboarding and global programs:** Lead functional onboarding processes and coordinate national execution of global leadership programs. * **Data management and reporting:** Oversee learning data integrity and analysis to support strategic decision-making. **About you:** * **Experience:** 5–7 years in Training, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or as a Learning Partner. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, or Pedagogy. * **Preferred:** Graduate degree or certifications in Instructional Design, L&D, Project Management (PMI/Agile), Learning Analytics, or HR Analytics. * **Language:** Advanced English (C1) is mandatory. **Key Competencies:** * Curriculum design and competency mapping. * Implementation of learning evaluation methods. * Management of LMS/LXP platforms and data analytics. * Program coordination and project management. * Proficiency in methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and learning path development.
