Responsibilities: * Development and monitoring of turnover KPIs * Development of action plans by department * Management of disciplinary dismissals and exit interviews * Administration of inventories, uniforms, and semi-annual deliveries * Regular visits to operational sites * Implementation of improvements, systems, and operational innovation Profile we seek: * Dynamic and enthusiastic individual * Ability to work under pressure * Adaptability to change * Problem-solving skills and initiative * Experience in analytical or operational HR / Labor Relations positions IMPORTANT: This vacancy is exclusively for Analyst-level profiles.
