Provides support during foreign trade and customs audits. **Job Description** 1.0 GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Will be responsible for executing import and export processes for goods, verifying information across various software systems, supporting information transmission via VUCEM\-SAT, customs brokers, carriers, etc., and monitoring shipments. 2.0 RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS: 2.1 Organization, Planning, and Control Data entry and invoice generation in AS400; verification of shipping lists; review of information; reporting discrepancies where applicable. Entry of orders in SAP for sterilizer payments; tracking and reporting of pending POs for shipment; correction of discrepancies. Assignment of pedimento sequential numbers; transmission of information; and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate updates in STC and other related tools. Data entry of transmitted information required to obtain COVE/DODA/PITA/CARTA PORTE documents for import and export prior to customs clearance. Review of information required for import and export of equipment, spare parts, and consumables across various software systems used. Support throughout the import/export process—from transportation request through material delivery to plant or warehouses. Maintain necessary records for monitoring and reporting the status of invoices in process, FDA releases to internal and external customers. Proper processing of in-bond shipments, tax calculation, and monitoring of expiration timelines. Support operations of the sterilizer, including corrections, information transmission, and status confirmation. Support internal and/or external foreign trade and customs audits. Support invoice review for payment to logistics supply chain participants. Support customs declarations when required. Provide support and information to various positions within the department, as well as actively participate in improvement projects and training initiatives. 2.2 Communications Ensure effective communication of changes related to responsibilities. Timely notification of situations requiring immediate action or managerial follow-up. Consistent communication with other department members and other areas requiring service. 2.3 Employee Relations Maintain professional and courteous relationships with department members, company personnel, suppliers, and customers. 2.4 Safety and Health Implement necessary measures to comply with the company's information security, industrial safety, and personal safety procedures. 2.5 Quality Systems Follow procedures established by the Quality Department and complete company quality system training. 3.0 PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: 3.1 Experience / Technical Knowledge Basic knowledge of tariff classification for medical products (preferred). 6 months of experience in roles related to foreign trade. 3.2 Competencies / Soft Skills PC software proficiency (Excel, Word, Office, AS400\) Millennium, CSAAWIN); intermediate-level English (written and spoken, 80%). 3.3 Academic Background Technical education related to Foreign Trade.
