This opportunity may be for you! We are looking for an organized, analytical individual with experience in perishable, refrigerated, and frozen products, capable of coordinating work teams and ensuring process compliance under safety and food safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Supervise and coordinate the inventory team. * Ensure physical inventory vs system reliability. * Monitor inventory discrepancies, adjustments, shrinkage, and deviations. * Validate proper product rotation under PEPS/FIFO methodology. * Coordinate with Operations, Receiving, and Shipping departments to ensure product traceability. * Track KPIs, reports, and operational controls. * Ensure compliance with processes, safety guidelines, and food safety standards. * Coordinate activities related to refrigerated and frozen products. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Prior inventory experience in refrigerated and/or frozen warehouses. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Experience using WMS and HandHeld devices. * Knowledge of TIF standards. * Experience operating Crown reverse-steer forklifts. * Willingness to work inside cold rooms. * Availability for extraordinary inventory counts when required. **Schedule** ----------- * Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Fixed day off on Sunday. **We Offer** ------------- * Monthly gross salary of **$20,000** * Statutory benefits from day one * Weekly food vouchers worth $250 * Weekly attendance bonus of $125 * Job stability and growth opportunities Interested candidates may apply through this channel. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * Inventory Management * WMS * Logistics *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0f8f844100002f00d17309\&source\=indeed*
