Professional development in a team-oriented and proactive environment Job Description: Warehouse Assistant / Driver / Forklift Operator Company: Empacadora La Huerta Location: Guadalupe, Nuevo León Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM \- 5 PM Salary: $15,000 MXN monthly (take-home pay) Job Objective: Support the company’s logistics operations through proper receipt, storage, handling, loading, and delivery of goods, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and product integrity. Main Responsibilities: Warehouse * Receive and inspect goods against purchase orders. * Arrange and organize products in the warehouse. * Conduct physical inventory control and assist with cycle counts. * Prepare orders (picking and packing). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Driver * Deliver goods to customers promptly and safely. * Load and unload products onto transport vehicles. * Verify documentation (invoices, delivery notes, proof of delivery). * Properly maintain and operate the assigned vehicle. * Report incidents occurring during delivery routes. Forklift * Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and arranging goods. * Perform basic equipment inspection before use. * Comply with material handling safety regulations. Requirements: * Education: Completed junior high school (minimum). * Experience: * 1–2 years in warehouse or logistics. * Forklift operation experience. * Delivery driver experience. * Valid driver’s license (Class C or equivalent). * Basic inventory knowledge. * Flexible availability.
