NESTLE TOLUCA FACTORY **PAC** IS HIRING GENERAL ASSISTANTS REQUIREMENTS: * Completed primary or secondary education * Availability to work rotating shifts, 6 days on and 1 day off, during the week * Minimum of 3 months of experience in production areas * Interested candidates should come to the Nestlé factory (enter through the coffee shop, go down the pedestrian bridge) between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm with a job application and valid ID. Responsibilities: Responsible for learning how to properly pack and stack products across different required lines, assisting in cleaning the area and machines according to line standards, correctly operating stretch-wrapping equipment, ensuring proper pallet arrangement in the finished product area, and recovering quality-blocked products by accurately following standardized procedures. A day in the life of... * Properly packing finished products coming from cartoners and/or packagers, ensuring correct counts of pouches/displays/corrugated materials when stacking, according to the specification sheet of each assigned production line. * Assisting in cleaning the area and equipment on any line requiring support, following the cleaning checklist step by step. * Supporting format changes and basic machine maintenance (deep cleaning), following instructions from the shift leader, technician, or main operator of the line. * Recovering quality-blocked products by correctly following established quality and safety procedures. * Understanding the operating principles of the strapping machine and manual pallet jack, identifying associated operational risks, and continuously undergoing training.
