Join our team as a **Customer Experience Assistant** and become part of transforming lives by supporting those who wish to hear the world around them better. **What Are We Looking For?** **General Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma (minimum). * **Age:** 25 years or older. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in customer service. * **Appearance:** **EXECUTIVE APPEARANCE MANDATORY.** **Mandatory Requirements:** * **MANDATORY availability to work from 9:50 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 9:50 am to 6 pm.** * **MANDATORY availability to attend a paid training in Polanco lasting 1–2 weeks, Monday through Saturday.** * **Documentation:** Tax Status Certificate. * **Verifiable Experience:** Employment references will be checked. **Knowledge and Skills:** * **Organization and multitasking ability**—coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and documentation without compromising service quality. * **Customer service protocols and experience**—best practices for receiving, guiding, and accompanying patients during their visit. * **Audiology products and services**—basic knowledge of hearing aids, accessories, and fitting processes.
