Job Summary: We are seeking an Entry-Level Application Technical Support Analyst to resolve incidents remotely and via telephone, report failures, and document activities. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support via telephone or remote assistance 2. Accepts recent graduates with no required experience in related fields 3. Basic knowledge of SQL Server, Networks, and Windows Server **SERVICE DESK** **"Entry-Level Application Technical Support Analyst"\*** **What do we require?** * + B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering, B.A. in Computer Science, or related field (internship candidate, in the process of graduation, graduated, currently enrolled, or incomplete) + Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support via telephone or remote assistance (includes social service and professional practice experience) + **Recent graduates (in related fields) with no required experience** + Age 18–40 + Must not reside more than 1.5 hours away. **Knowledge Requirements** * + SQL Server as a Database Management System (DBMS) for data management (basic) + Basic knowledge of Networks. + Windows Server (basic) **Responsibilities:** * + Resolve incidents remotely and via telephone. + Report failures using designated tools with supervisors + Accurately document all activities performed to address incidents **What do we offer?** * + Salary: $10,186\.14 gross + Monthly bonus: $750 + Statutory benefits and additional benefits exceeding statutory requirements from day one **Available Shifts** * 2:00 PM \- 8:00 PM (Monday to Sunday, with rotating weekly rest day) * 3:00 PM \- 9:00 PM (Monday to Sunday, with rotating weekly rest day) **Training Schedule:** * 3:00 PM \- 9:00 PM **Work Location:** * Cda. de Relox, Chimalistac, Álvaro Obregón (exit at Dr. Galvez Metrobus station.)
