Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician for the repair and maintenance of electric and combustion-powered tools, as well as providing technical support to customers. Management of diagnostics, repairs, and delivery of machinery **GRUPO TRUPER** and **Tiendas Fix**, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of tools with nationwide coverage, is looking for: **Electromechanical Technician** As a repair technician for electric and combustion-powered tools, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and repair of equipment such as chainsaws, drills, polishers, lawn mowers, pumps, generators, etc. Additionally, you will provide technical support to our customers to improve their use of tools. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance * Experience in repairing tools, household appliances, air conditioners, or similar equipment * Experience in customer service * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (8-hour shifts) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Customer service, including receiving equipment, performing diagnostics, carrying out repairs, and delivering equipment. * Providing technical advice to customers on the sales floor. * Cleaning and organizing the workplace, as well as common areas of the branch (rotated weekly). * Inventory control * Preparing operational reports WE OFFER: * $13,500 monthly (paid weekly on Fridays) * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Productivity bonus * Anniversary bonus * Social Security (100% employer contribution) * Life insurance * Savings fund * Savings box * Fixed day off on Sundays SERVICE LOCATION: Avenida de las Industrias No. 14101, Sector 91, Manzana O, Lote 12, Fraccionamiento Chihuahua Siglo XXI, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, C.P. 31136 Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,000.00 - $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Savings box * Life insurance * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
