We are a dynamic, results-oriented, and continuously growing team. **Job responsibilities:** As a Cybersecurity Assistant, you will support operational tasks and learning activities within the information security area: * Support in security testing (basic penetration testing and vulnerability analysis) * Monitoring and reviewing security events * Support in administration and configuration of security devices (Fortinet) * Support in implementing cybersecurity best practices * Assistance with basic programming tasks (scripts, automations, etc.) * Collaboration with the technical team on infrastructure and security projects *Paid Fortinet technology training will be provided to support your development in this area.* ***Work modality and benefits*** * Modality: 100% remote * Flexible schedule (aligned with academic timetable) * Ongoing training **Desired competencies:** * Logical and analytical thinking * Interest in cybersecurity and technology * Ability to conduct independent research and self-directed learning * Process organization and documentation * Teamwork and effective communication **Desired knowledge:** * Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, etc.) * Cybersecurity (fundamental concepts of vulnerabilities, firewalls, etc.) * Programming (Python, Bash, JavaScript or similar) * Operating systems (Windows/Linux) **Profile**: Student in final semesters.
