Your primary goal is to ensure every guest feels at home (or even better!). This includes: * **Fun Leader:** Supervise and guide group play activities, ensuring all dogs have safe and harmonious fun. * **360° Well-being:** Keep play areas, rest zones, and feeding spaces immaculate (yes, order and cleanliness are part of the magic). * **Attention to Detail:** Administer food and medications precisely as instructed, and monitor each dog’s behavior and health. * **Connection with Human Parents:** Assist in creating beautiful reports (photos/videos) so owners can see how much fun their best friends are having. What are we looking for in you? * **Structured Passion:** We love dogs—and order. We seek someone punctual, responsible, and proactive. * **Hawk-Eyed Observation:** Ability to read canine body language, detect signs of stress or fatigue in dogs, and prevent tension within the group. * **Puppy-Tested Energy:** The role is dynamic—it requires standing, walking, playing, and physical stamina (it’s the best gym substitute!). * **Experience or Training (Preferred):** If you have knowledge in positive reinforcement training, veterinary science, ethology, or prior experience in dog daycares/hotels, you’ve got a major plus!
