Job Description: **At Sistemas Integrales para la Industria Cartonera S.A. de C.V., we provide packaging and compaction services for cardboard and plastic to nationally recognized companies such as PepsiCo, OXXO, Tiendas 3B, Chedraui, Walmart, among others.** **At SIIC, we are looking for a Coordinator to lead area activities, ensuring effective personnel management and field supervision.** **Job Requirements:** * Prior experience as **Coordinator, Operations Manager, or similar role**. * Availability to work **both in the field and in the office**. * Knowledge of managing **operational staff**, and experience interacting with supervisors. * Ability to **resolve conflicts**, manage incidents, and make timely decisions. * Skill in preparing reports and monitoring activities. * Excellent communication, leadership, and sense of urgency. * Intermediate knowledge of **Excel** and administrative tools. * Valid driver’s license (standard and automatic vehicles). **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, direct, and monitor the work of **area supervisors**. * Address and resolve conflicts with operational staff and supervisors. * Monitor incidents, performance, and productivity. * Conduct field visits to ensure activity compliance. * Prepare reports and update operational information. * Serve as liaison between operations, human resources, and management. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety regulations. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Verified academic background in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry (experience in CEDIS / RETAIL highly valued). * Proven experience managing teams. **What We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, plus occasional Saturdays or remote work. * Monthly net salary of $14,000 plus $1,000 food vouchers. * Statutory benefits from day one. * A challenging and dynamic environment where your work makes a difference.
