Active participation in Risk and Audit Committees **Sahara Capital is seeking a Controller in Bosques De Las Lomas \- Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Ciudad de México** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sahara Capital, a SOFOM specialized in structured real estate financing, is seeking a **Controller** to lead the company's finance and administrative function. This is a strategic role within the organization, reporting directly to the General Directorate and actively participating in the Risk and Audit Committees. The ideal candidate has a career combining external audit experience at a recognized firm (KPMG, Crowe, WPC, BDO or similar) with hands-on operational experience within a SOFOM, having managed credit portfolios, treasury operations, funding sources, and regulatory compliance with CNBV and Condusef. In this position, you will supervise the Finance Manager and two Financial Analysts, and will be responsible for the financial closing process, audited financial statements, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance obligations. We seek someone who understands the sector from within: who grasps the dynamics of a credit portfolio, has prepared CNBV reports, and can effectively communicate complex financial results to the Board of Directors and shareholders.
