Your challenge is to reinvent the traditional commercial model, using AI as your native language and data as your primary prospecting lever. **Who Are We Looking For?** * You are a **final-semester student or recent graduate** (max. 1 year) in Business, Finance, Administration, Economics, or related fields. * **Digital DNA:** Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to produce results—not just for chatting. * **Prior Experience:** Contact center background and fluency in G\-Suite. * **Fintech Passion:** Genuine interest in SMEs and financial technology. * **"Hunter" Mindset:** Energy to conquer the world from Day 1\. **Your Path to Success** **Months 1\-3: Immersion — Absorption & Training** You’ll understand the core of Risk, Product, and Tech. You’ll master Konfio’s AI stack and qualify high-impact leads. **Months 4\-6: Action — Execution & Prospecting** You’ll manage your own real-time pipeline. You’ll conduct personalized outreach powered by data—not generic scripts. **Graduation — Demo Day \& Certification** You’ll present results to commercial leadership.
