Growth and development within Grupo Salinas Banco Azteca seeks top talent to join its Collections team as a Delinquent Collections Manager: As a Delinquent Collections Manager, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have fallen behind on their loans and establishing plans to bring their payments current again. Responsibilities: * Field activities, including direct visits to customers at their residences. * Recovery of overdue accounts. * Providing respectful and friendly service to customers. * Providing customers with all necessary information, as well as the benefits of maintaining an up-to-date credit account. Required Profile: * Experience in customer service, sales, and handling objections. * Ability to operate a standard motorcycle and possession of a valid driver's license. * Proficiency with mobile devices and interest in digital applications. * Focus on achieving weekly goals and objectives. * Effective communication and teamwork skills.
