Job Summary: We are seeking a Specialized Cleaning Operations Technician with experience in handling equipment and stain detection to perform cleaning services. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and inspection of work equipment and cleaning solutions Position: Specialized Cleaning Operations Technician Base Location: Escandón, CDMX Candidate Profile Education: Junior high school or incomplete high school Experience: 1 to 3 years in specialized cleaning activities Desirable experience in: \- Specialized cleaning (carpets, furniture, vehicles, etc.) \- Cleaning of buses or large restaurants \- Floor polishing \- General maintenance \- Facilities \- Delivery driver with cargo Essential Requirements \- Ability to drive a car or pickup truck \- Valid Class A driver's license \- Manual dexterity and problem-solving attitude Main Responsibilities Equipment Usage: \- Injection-extraction vacuum cleaners \- Carpet vacuum cleaners \- Spray tanks \- Floor buffers \- Interior vehicle cleaning equipment Activities: \- Identification of textiles and types of stains \- Preparation and inspection of work equipment \- Preparation of cleaning solutions according to manual \- Transporting equipment and products to service locations \- Careful relocation of furniture \- Assisting with service payment collection \- Delivering collected income to the administrative department \- Cleaning and collecting equipment and waste \-\-\- Salary and Benefits \- Base salary: $9,451\.20 per month \- Total income including bonuses: $11,529\.20 per month \- Payment: Biweekly Bonuses: \- Punctuality \- Transportation \- Retention \-\-\- Benefits \- Statutory benefits from day one \- Work tools (mobile phone, uniform, pickup truck) \-\-\- Work Area Base in Escandón, CDMX (with travel to service sites) \-\-\- Interested Candidates Apply through this channel or send an updated CV Salary: $11,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
