Position Summary: Business Analyst responsible for understanding, eliciting, and documenting requirements for enterprise software development, using the IIBA Business Analysis methodology. Supporting decision-making and continuous improvement TCA Software Solutions is a technology company specializing in enterprise software applications primarily for hotels, restaurants, hospitals, clinics, and supermarkets. Its products comprehensively cover all business areas—from reservations or sales of products and services to the generation of financial statements. **POSITION** Business Analysts are responsible for understanding evolving business, market, and customer requirements. They elicit requirements and create necessary documentation and models to guide the Software Factory department during product development.
