We take pride in our customer-centered culture and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence in service. \> Job Objective Ensure customers receive excellent attention and service by promptly, accurately, and efficiently processing their requested transactions. \> Responsibilities: * Efficiently and accurately process banking transactions. * Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues. * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure proper branch operations. * Ensure appropriate handling of cash and other assets. \> Requirements: * Availability to rotate among morning, intermediate, and afternoon shifts * Prior experience as a bank teller or in a similar role. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Demonstrated ability in cash handling and problem resolution. * Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a high level of integrity. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off (including weekends and holidays) Grupo Salinas offers a rewarding and challenging work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package: * Weekly salary \+ Initial salary scale \+ Bonuses * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, year-end bonus of 15 days per year (increasing with seniority).
