




Position Summary: Provides support in administrative and operational management, call tracking, supplier coordination, and documentation control to ensure supply and operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in operational and administrative functions 2. Supplier management, quotation handling, and delivery tracking 3. Handling of general administrative tasks and telephone reception A local company located south of Mexico City currently has an opening in the operational and administrative area to perform the following duties; the required profile is as follows: \*Gender: Indistinct \*Education: Technical degrees preferred, preferably with an administrative focus; incomplete degrees are acceptable. \-Support inbound and outbound telephone call tracking \-Execute general administrative tracking activities related to procurement, operations, warehousing, and administrative departments. \-Attend to suppliers, manage quotations, and track deliveries of Purchase Orders or Service Orders to ensure fulfillment of requisitions for supplies or services requested by operational departments. \-Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, payment tracking, invoice verification, petty cash control, telephone reception, among others. \-Answer switchboard and general telephone calls. \*Salary is determined based on experience and initial job interview; statutory benefits are provided from day one, along with direct employment; candidates must demonstrate a proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
