Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional for construction projects, responsible for prospecting, portfolio follow-up, customer service, and preparing quotations. Key Highlights: 1. Sales experience in the construction industry or related fields 2. Ability to prospect clients and visit construction sites 3. Ongoing training and technical materials IMPORTANT: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in large-scale construction projects such as industrial warehouses. Must reside near Av. Gustavo Baz Prada 216 D, Col. Miguel Hidalgo, Tlalnepantla de Baz, C.P 54060\. REQUIREMENTS: \-Age between 25 and 50 years. \-Sales experience (construction or related fields) \-Strong verbal communication skills ACTIVITIES: \-Visiting construction sites to acquire new clients (field prospecting) \-Basic Office software proficiency \-Ability to use the SAE system \-Prospecting and portfolio follow-up. \-Customer service. \-Preparing quotations. \-Assisting with inventory after month-end closing. \-Meeting monthly sales quotas. \-Verifying customer payments to enable material delivery. \-Submitting sales and visit reports. \-Planning construction site visit routes.
