Education: High school **Job Description** **Overview:** The packer is an operator who masters boxing, decartonizing, and piggyback processes. They are responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packing, and other related activities for various components of surgical trays as required. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving the necessary components to assemble the requested kit * Comply with applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Leave storage locations orderly and clean * Participate in activities and programs required by the company * Contribute to personal and company safety * Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) **Required Knowledge:** * 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred) or similar * Prior experience in boxing * Prior experience in decartonizing * Familiarity with the Piggyback process **Skills:** * Ability to follow operational instructions assigned by supervisor * Dynamic * Disciplined * Ability to work under pressure **Education:** High school.
